If you are going to be in the area northwest of Knoxville and looking for a fantastic place to stay, you can't go wrong with Serene Country Apartment Retreat! I have stayed in 15 airbnb's and this was the best by far. Charlotte has thought of every possible thing you would need or want and supplied it. Everything from light switches to appliances is new. Great place!!

Overall our stay was great! the house is definitely accommodating for larger groups at that price point. Wesley was very respectful and responsive and made you aware if he wasn't available to speak at the moment. He reached out as soon as he was able. The house is nice and within a few minutes of about anything you would need.

Anna's place was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend in Knoxville. The location was near our family's gathering place. The neighborhood was quiet when we needed to get away from noisy family. The condo was warm and cozy when the weather turned. My basic requirements (lots of hot water, comfy beds, and quiet surroundings, were met and there were the little extras that I really appreciate. Thanks for letting us know what kind of coffee maker to expect...and for providing coffee! Nice to have a bedside table and lamp on each side of the bed. Amazing how many places don't! Anna communicates well and provided a one-page sheet of helpful information that we referred to often. We hope to stay here again.

Felipe was a great host! He was extremely responsive throughout the whole trip. The home was beautiful and exactly what we needed. Felipe addressed all of our inquiries and made sure we were comfortable.

Very inviting and spacious apartment. Decor around the apartment gave a feeling of being home. Apartment is close to several restaurants and stores. William met us at the apartment and showed us around and answered our questions.

We had a great stay the place was clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The landscaping could use some upkeep but overall a great place to stay.

We had a great five-night stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt very safe and secure. While the neighborhood has closely-spaced houses, the neighbors were all friendly, and the home itself was spacious enough for everyone to spread out comfortably. We appreciated finding the provided paper products (like paper towels and Ziploc bags) and the essentials in the kitchen, such as salt and pepper. The garage door opener made access smooth and easy, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-appointed space that was especially appreciated during a challenging family time. Thank you for making it welcoming and convenient.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Probably my favorite Airbnb stay yet! It was homey and nice. I liked that it’s outside the city, but not far from anything you need or want. We also appreciated the easy check-out. While we always do our best to leave the house exactly how we find it, it was nice that the “before you leave” instructions were minimal and easy.

Great place.Shawn was responsive and easy to deal with. The house was amazing and we enjoyed our stay. We loved the hot tub and spacious showers. Nice size kitchen and laundry area. Will stay again!

The house was perfect for our purposes. The kitchen was huge and perfect for large meals. The hosts were very flexible and responsive when we had to add a few guests last minute and were great to work with.

Great location for visiting Pigeon Forge. The only problem was the roadway replacing but when that’s completed the residence is perfect for a couple to site see or family to have fun in the area with little travel. We will be back.

We came to the Smoky Mountains to celebrate our kids birthdays. Brent’s place was perfect for what we needed. We had clear instructions the morning of arrival and Brent checked in to make sure everything was as expected. The condo was clean , had everything we needed and comfortable furniture. My daughter even complimented the comfort of the bunk bed. I was also impressed with the ample amount of towels and wash cloths. It was also conveniently located.….. We loved the Local Goat next to the condo! We will definitely book here in the future

room was spacious, very clean, and in a great location! the heated pool was wonderful!

We loved booking with Connie, it was a click and done. She took care of everything, I never once had to message her she was so proactive on everything we needed to know before arriving and touched base frequently if we needed anything. Her place was cute, clean, and perfect for our little family with our two little girls… we plan to book again!!

Extremely clean. Very close walk to The Island with shops and interesting things to do. Recommend for a couple staying in Pigeon Forge. And it’s just a short drive over to Gatlinburg.

We loved staying here! We are local & we celebrated Friendsgiving at Seasons 101 & enjoyed the Pines, all within walking distance. Beds were so comfortable & the whole atmosphere of the place was welcoming! Will definitely be staying here again & recommending to others!

This is our second time staying at Bear Crossing and renting from Chris. Chris is a great host with easy instructions. Our condo was cozy and as described. We love the location with easy access to back roads.
