Rick's place is wonderful - exactly as described. The house and room were very clean, very nicely decorated, very comfortable. He provided linens, towels, toiletries, a coffee maker and some snacks, and a fridge with bottled water and some coke and pepsi. Nice touches like placemats and pretty light fixtures made it feel like home.
The neighborhood is right right on the edge of comfortable - I never felt unsafe, though there were a few moments of sketch. Within walking distance is the Nashville farmer's market (I had lunch there both days, wonderful food), the bicentennial park, a Dollar General, a liquor store, and within half a mile a Kroger where you can buy food or supplies. There's also a really cute little neighborhood park with a swingset down the street. Parking (on the street) is ample and safe.
Though I didn't get to meet Rick in person, access was easy. There's a key pad lock on the house door, and a private key for the suite.
The bed is very comfortable and the shower has awesome water pressure. He also includes free WiFi and a television with many channels (I didn't watch, but the couch was very comfy.). Rick was very responsive to texts and emails and answered all my questions.10/10, would stay again.
Thanks for making my first airbnb experience great!
