If you have never taken a tour in Amsterdam to learn about all of the rich and cultural queer history, then this is definitely the tour for you. Spend just a few hours of your day with Sanne on your next visit to Amsterdam to learn about some incredible history of how our community has been in Amsterdam and continues to grow and thrive; and learn what it’s like for a new person to move to Amsterdam and experience it through Sanne’s eyes as they become part of Amsterdam’s tapestry of rich heritage. My husband and I took their tour last week and still can’t stop talking about how much we learned. I would recommend this tour to all people not just people who are part of the queer community. It’s important for all people to learn about the history of what’s happened to the community in Amsterdam through history; especially during World War II. And a special note to those who may have physical disabilities, I am a full-time wheelchair user and I was able to completely participate.

I got to go on the LGBTour with a friend and it was most definitely a highlight of our trip to Amsterdam! As an ally with my LGBT friend, we had an amazingly diverse group from around the world, and Sanne had such an engaging tour hitting great sights with a focus on the LGBT history of the city. We all had such a great time, we all stopped for a drink afterwards! I highly, highly recommend this tour if you are coming to Amsterdam!
