Tim is one of the most hospitable people I know, as I've crashed at his placed before and had a great night. His condominium is located within walking distance of the State Capitol (which also means easy access to Madison's wonderful Saturday Farmer's Market), it's off the main street East Washington, and very easy to locate. The rooftop access has a beautiful view and I've enjoyed several weekends grilling out and enjoying the sun.

“My wife and I have stayed at Russ and Chris' Birchwood Cabin on several occasions and and it is a fantastic destination. The cabin itself has a great rustic style. This is not rustic as in dirt floors, but rather rustic as in log construction and finishing touches like birch branches for the loft railings. The cabin is completely remodeled so the amenities are in like new condition. The setting is great too. The lakes is clean and clear with swimming boating and hiking out the back door. There are entertainment options nearby with a traditional up-north supper club within walking distance. Go visit!”
