  The apartment is lovely and well decorated. My friend and I stayed here for two nights and the experience was pleasant. Ingrid and Marvin are very friendly and helpful. Very highly recommended!

  I stayed for three nights at the end of April for a conference. Overall, my experience was pleasant. Both Ingrid and Marvin were hospitable and accomodating. Marvin was especially helpful in helping me get around the area. The communication between Ingrid and I also went very smoothly. Ingrid is very good about responding to questions within a very reasonable time frame.

  Some friends and I stayed at Ingrid and Marvin's apartment while we attended an academic conference in Brown. The location was perfect - very close drive to Brown and the apartment was wonderful. Comfortable, spacious and very welcoming. The wi-fi and several areas where one could sit or lounge made it a great place to relax and also get work done.   Marvin and Ingrid are about as good of hosts as any traveler could wish for. Charming, attentive, interesting, and absolutely unimposing. Myself and two friends stayed here over four days while attending an academic conference at Brown University. Marvin and Ingrid cooked us a beautiful meal, provided breakfast and plenty of fresh snacks, and drove us to the conference when we needed, despite the early schedule. Great people and a great place to stay. Very highly recommended.

  Renting a room from Ingrid was my first Airbnb experience as a result of scheduling a last minute stop in Providence. When Ingrid responded to my room request (within 2 hours!), she explained that a cat currently lives at the apartment and, while they could accommodate my “eleventh hour” request, they wouldn’t be able to make other arrangements for the cat.   My stay was perfect in every respect - Ingrid and her housemate Marvin were very accommodating, helpful and interesting to talk to. Their property is very conveniently located, provides easy parking (not always so easy in Providence,) and very comfortable. The perfect antidote to a sterile corporate hotel experience.

  This was my first Airbnb stay and it was great! Ingrid was friendly, helpful, informative and easy to make arrangements with. This rental was for family members (6 adults and 2 small kids!) who were visiting me in Providence, so I didn't meet up with Ingrid or ask for assistance with exploring the area.   I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights, in a recent, brief visit to Providence. The house was beautiful, in a safe, quiet, and pleasant neighborhood, and within walking distance to the downtown area. The room in which I stayed (Ingrid's) was itself quite spacious and comfortably furnished and decorated. (There was, inter alia, a comfortable, queen-sized bed, and a desk with a fine view.)
