Despite how much we loved Valparaiso, the best part of our visit there may have been this great apartment. Bart has several different apartments all in one location and lives in one of them himself. We actually ended up staying in a different apartment than we originally booked because there was additional availability and Bart let us choose. That said, having seen several apartments, I can say that all were clean, well-designed and very spacious.
