  We stayed in Adam’s and Zhana cozy apartment for a week and really enjoyed it. Everything was perfectly organized: prompt answers during arranging our stay, tips and instructions - thanks for them, were very helpful, all the facilities were all well prepared.   The handing over of the keys didn't work very well , but Adam has tried afterwards to organize everything very well and fast.   I stayed for 15 days in this wonderful apartment of Adam and Zhana. Even if they weren't there, it was awesome. Everything was perfectly organized and prepared. Adam and Zhana were always helpful answering questions. The apartment is definetly one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. So if you are ok with staying a little bit north of Manhattan, this place is it where you should stay! Thank you very much Adam & Zhana. See you next time! :)

  I had a great time at Adam and Zhana's place. The room is actually LARGER than it looks like in the photo, and the place is quite convenient to Cornell, Collegetown, and to stores in downtown Ithaca. The kitchen was pleasant, too, and the house was well-heated - important in chilly in Ithaca.

  The apartment was woderful!!!! We loved stay there! We felt like at home!! We loved the morning sun through the windows, the tranquility of the building, the double shower, how tidy and organised was everithing in the flat, how Adam and Zhana helped us and answered all our questions for making better our stay in NYC.   We stayed in Adam and Zhana's apartment for two weeks and out trip was absolutely perfect! The location was suitable to do anything in Manhattan and the neighbourhood was relatively friendly. If you love good Mexican food, then Spanish Harlem is for you. The apartment was clean and exactly as described.   Even we don't meet Adam & Zhana in person they where both so nice and always taking care of their hosts. They give us all facilities to get the keys and also a lot of tips about NY and the neighborhood. The apartment is amazing, two floors with a lot of sunlight and very clean and decorated, me and my girlfriend love that place! Perfect to enjoy a nice stay in NYC! If we come again we'll book their apartment for sure Thanks a lot!

  This is a great place to stay! I needed somewhere I could feel completely relaxed for an intensive two week research trip and this ticked all the boxes. I was fortunate that Adam and Zhana were around for the first weekend of the two weeks I stayed (my first trip to NY), which made it easier to get the hang of both the apartment and the city.   Adam & Zhana were able to accomidate me last minute which I greatly appreciate. I was able to book the room only hours in advance and they were still able to figure out a way to get the keys to me at such a late hour. Because of the last minute booking it is understandable why their "personal items" were not put away, but overall I just appreciated a place to stay. Unfortunatly the lock on the bedroom door was broken and the bed was a little squeeky. But the roommates were very friendly.

  OMG! Loving AIRBNB so much - no more hotels... never! We only met Zhana for a couple of minutes when we arrived. She was so nice and had lots of cool insider tipps. The apt. was even better than expected: spacious, nice open bedroom upstairs and a huge living room with an iPod running Pandora all the time bringing nice Jazz vibes to the apt. My girlfriend really liked the neat bathroom in red and the two-showers-in-one. Great and affordable place to explore NYC. We'll definitely come back!
