Will and his friend were polite and charming. Having read his review of my flat, (most of the comments I do agree with), I feel that maybe my rental was not entirely suitable for them. There ARE ground rules, and a deposit AND a cleaning fee - but these are all pointed out in the flat profile and I felt uncomfortable that Will should arrive WITHOUT the deposit (despite 2 reminders after his booking), with an extra person (flat is strictly limited to 2) and which perhaps led me to be...
