  We rented two cabins from Michael for an extended family get together. Set in the middle of the mountains, we found our cozy cabins with space for the adults as well as the loft for the kids. The cabins provided everything we needed inside and the resort provided a playground/trails to keep the kids entertained outdoors. We enjoyed the state and national parks that surrounded the resort.   My friends and I had a wonderful time. This was a perfect getaway! This property was clean, quiet, and cozy. The host was fantastic as well, very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be coming back!

  Family had a great week-end skiing and hiking in Canaan Valley and enjoyed warming up by the fire in your cabin. Comfortable, efficient, and convenient to outdoor activities. Check-in / check-out was very easy.

  We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful cabin! Our very minimal interaction with resort staff was very warm and friendly, and otherwise we were left alone to enjoy the peace of this gorgeous setting and comfortable lodging... Highly recommended.

  Great cozy cabin equally convenient to the beautiful Blackwater Falls State Park and Canaan Valley State Park and Ski Area. Best working fireplace I have used. Well equipped, comfortable beds, great views. We had a great time - loved the area and the cabin was perfect for our family of 4 kids and 2 adults and 2 dogs.

  A very nice cabin. I enjoyed my stay here very much. It was clean and had everything that we needed. Unfortunately the ski resorts were not open yet but the Davis and Thomas have much to offer. Great place!

  We had a great time at the cabin, beautiful surroundings , the views from the windows are wonderful, the kids my husband and I loved it, great experience, we found everything perfect in the cabin there is also a playground for the kids to enjoy inside the resort. Great time, We hope to go back again soon.
