  At first I was a bit hesitant staying with a stranger. But Mike changed all of that. I was in NYC earlier then expected and Mike offered to let me check in earlier then scheduled. I was hardly there. But when I was we spoke very briefly. Mike helped guide me on where to go around the neighborhood. There was tons of places to go in the neighborhood. great place stay. I had a great experience. And would stay with Mike again.

  This was my first Airbnb experience and I don't think it gets better than this. Mike was not only a great host, but also a friendly, fun and very interesting person. My last hour in NY I was having lunch next door to where Mike planned to eat with a friend. Instead, they came over and joined me! Definitely hope to meet him again!   I stayed again at Mike's place, and as it was before, it was a pleasure to stay there. Perfectly located place in a very vibrant neighbourhood, but the best thing is the host who makes your stay much more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at Mike's place to have the finest experience of NYC you could ever have!

  Rest assured, all the typical things of the place are perfect, I mean cleanliness, location, closeness to entertaining areas, etc. all work like a charm.But what really makes this place unique and special is having a such a great host. He is knowledgeable of his neighbourhood, caring and very interested in giving you a great experience. Persons like Mike make the Airbnb experience much more meaningful!

  I have an excellent first BNB experience because of Mike. He gave me a lot of advice and information to make my trip so fantastic. I highly recommand his place since it is convenient from transportation and dining perspective. I hope I can visit him again soon.

  Mike seems to be a good-natured, career-oriented individual. His apartment was clean and is in a safe and really cool area of NYC. I was in town for meetings with friends and sightseeing and did not really require a day pad. The accommodations are a sofabed in the living room, which, to me, were adequate for a couple of nights. There are tons of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood and food and drink can be gotten 24/7.
