  The Apartment was perfect for us. It was clean and it's good located. Communication with the host was fast and uncomplicated... I can only recommend it!

  Nice suite in a great neighbourhood with easy access to downtown and Balboa Park. Had a problem with the toilet, however, and host was not too helpful. We were given a plunger, and told no other guests had had issues. We had to use the plunger every time we used the toilet over a period of three days... visiting SD on business, this made things complicated and stressful.

  This location was convenient to downtown and the park. It accomodated the 3 of us and our small dog. I am not sure about accomodating 5! It is small. There is a nice yard for the dog , pleasant and well kept property. Alik was great with communication.

  We enjoyed our weekend here. Everything was as mentioned in the posting. Close, easy access to everything we wanted to do. Private parking space in the back was a great bonus (even if it was a tight squeeze). Thanks Alik, we had a great time.

  My wife and I had to move out of our San Diego house for a few days for termite tenting, so we booked Alik's place in Golden Hill. Alik was good about staying in touch with us and returned messages immediately. It's a great location, close to the Turf Club, Counterpoint, Luigi's Pizza and Krakatoa. It's also really close to downtown as well. The place is clean and most importantly for us pet-friendly. Thanks, Alik.

  This was a great place to stay, clean and convient, excellent location. There is a nice diner around the corner for breakfast.

  This apartment was great for what we needed - full kitchen, allows dogs, quiet neighborhood. We are local to San Diego, but needed to relocate for a couple weeks due to construction in our home. The Golden Hill/South Park area is extremely dog friendly, and there are a lot of local restaurants and bars to check out. Also, very close to downtown SD and Balboa Park. The apartment was clean and the furniture was nice. Street parking was easy to find. Internet was free, but fickle at times.

  We needed a place to stay with very short notice and Alik totally accomadated us. Very thankful. Our visit to SD was part of a longer vacation to southern CA. His home is very spacious and nicely decorated. The only problem was the lack of Internet for the first day and half. It wasn't Alik's fault and he apologized for this, but it made watching tv an issue. (needed something after babies were put to sleep.) Also, his neighborhood had great gems: local bakery with inexpensive breakfast... More »
