I'm owning a little enterprise speciallizing on providing short-term rent of apartments in Kiev, Ukraine for tourists and guests from all around the world.
We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights and found it to be very conveniently located, comfortable to live in and Denys to be helpful when needed. The size of the apartment is ideal for a couple and the kitchen is useful for occassional meals. Style and furniture of the apartment is more or less modern. The water pressure and temperature is not always 100% but with patience it works. All appliances work smoothly and the apartment is well equipped with electric sockets to charge phones etc.... More »
Well, what can I say... Dennys is a great guy and helped me whilst I stayed there.
I asked for flowers to be placed in the apartment to surprise a very special person and she loved them. Everyday we had a nice aroma in the apartment (3 nights). It has 2 rooms rather than one room and a living room as usually "2 rooms" means in Ukraine. I was quite surprised. I usually don't make much use of kitchen and similar facilities (only morning coffe and frige for water and juice) so can't comment.... More »
It was great! The apartment is even better than the photos! Clean, spacious, comfortable, located almost in the center. Equipped with all the necessities. We had a happy holiday in this place and plan to return again and again.

До метро около 15 минут. Две станции и вы в самом центре города - на Площади Независимости. На машине до центра 10 минут по прямой.
L'appartamento è ideale per un soggiorno a kiev..a breve distanza c'è tutto ciò di cui aver bisogno super market metro(3 fermate per il centro) pub....la citta merita di essere visitata...unico problema la lingua (pochi parlano inglese) e le scritte in cirilico anche se le fermate della metro sono indicate anche in inglese....denys è preciso e disponibile .....se dovessi tornare a kiev prenoterei dinuovo questo appartamento
I enjoined my stay in this apartment. Denys and his colleagues were very helpful and gave me a warm and friendly welcome, a cup of tea and an instruction about the next supermarket included. Whenever I had a question, it was possible to contact Dennys and I got the support I needed. The water-heater has been replaced. I had always enough warm water for my showers or cleaning the dishes, when I needed it.
