John's apartment is in a great neighborhood. It is definitely safe to walk around in (good exercise, too, as it is quite hilly) and has several quaint restaurants within walking distance. The place itself has everything you might need, as well as the fantastic view, which the pictures don't do justice for. Just an amazing stay! Could not stop looking at the great view on SF Downtown. Especially at night, the lights and sounds were stunning. Perfect for a retreat from the busy city! Would recommend to have a car here, but for "european" standards it is still easy to walkt within 10 minutes to Mission Street, supermarkts or local groceries. These photos don't do the place justice! The place was perfect for a small together. Beautiful views of the city, lovely kitchen, lots of areas to sit down and hang out. John was very responsive and accommodating. Recommend!

I stayed here with two of my co-workers, and we really only used the place to sleep and get ready, but it was a very cute and cozy place with probably some of the best views of San Francisco! We are three girls in our 20's ad we felt very safe in the neighborhood. There are a lot of cute little restaurants and cafes nearby. John was a great host, he was flexible with our needs, picked me up near the train stop to give me a ride, and checked in to make sure everything was okay. Would... More »

The apartment has really stunning views and is very charming. Glen Park is a very nice area with a village feeling yet at the same time very close to the city. We had a great time there (family with 2 children 3 and 5 years old) and John is a great host. Very uncomplicated to deal with, straightforward and very fast in reacting. We'll be back next time we are in SF. Thanks a lot!

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful, with a spectacular view of the city. The host, John, was always available when I had any questions and he created an extremely comfortable enviroment. I wouldn't hesitate staying again!

You won't be disappointed! John's place is fantastic, and he is an excellent host! He was always available to answer questions, and was kind enough to check in and see if we needed anything. This is a great location. There are no issues with off-street parking, and we wound up skipping public transportation and drove downtown a few times because it is so close (10-15 minutes).
