  Even though Carl was away on a personal emergency, he took great care to ensure that everything went right. It was extremely easy to communicate with him as he was very easygoing and always replied promptly. His meticulously clean apartment is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. And as it's very near a metro station, malls and shops, getting around and getting food (and other convenience items) is a breeze. I'd stay there again given the opportunity.

  The room is exactly as described- well situated, clean and spacious. Carl is polite and very accommodating. We had a lovely stay and will certainly be calling on Carl next time we are in Laval!

  Carl`s place is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. A very serene environment, with modern amenities. Our host was lovely and very helpful. The place is a short walk from the Metro, in a quieter neighborhood, and it was nice to get a bit out of the craziness of the city.

  Carl is an awesome host and has a very nice place to stay at. The upstairs room is large, spacious, and clean. The downstairs common area has all the amenities anyone would need. I would highly recommend staying here.

  Super Super clean. Carl was so nice and helpful! Loved staying here, really close to the metro, so we were able to go into downtown Montreal and everything. Had a blast! Thanks Carl!

  Carl was a great host and hist apartment was everything he promised it would be--clean, spacious, modern. It was close to a big supermarket and a metro station, making it convenient even without a car. Thanks for a great week, Carl!
