  This apartment is pretty great. I only had a few days in Paris, and skipping the hotel to get an apartment I feel is the way to go. I had read lots of stories about hotel staff stealing from guests, so when I found airbnb.com I felt like it would be safer.   Clean and centrally located. Davide was very responsive and friendly. The street is noisy with several bars but you can barely hear it in the apartment--it didn't bother us one bit. Recommended!

  The apartment is in a great location to enjoy Paris being close to public transportation and within easy walking distance from many major sites. The apartment is clean and small. It is a studio and not a 1 bedroom. There is a small elevator to its 5th floor location BUT you will need to navigate a narrow stair case both down, around and up to the apartment.   Davide is a wonderful host. The apartment is EXACTLY as described. Some users had expressed concern about the noise. I had no issues with noise although clearly you're in the middle of a city. I've stayed in noisier hotels in NYC. Everything works well. Really wonderful experience and apartment. Davide is also very accommodating as regards check in and check out times.   Davide's place was very conveniently located on an adorable street with restaurants, bars, and a bakery right downstairs. We were able to walk all over Paris from his place. It was neat and clean and a good amount of space for the two of us. I think it would feel cramped with more people but if you intend to be out and about most of time, it might be fine.   Host was extremely helpful and was able to arrange all my arriving and leaving schedules which were very odd because of travelling with low cost airlines. He also provided useful information about how to get around the city. The apartment is absolutely great, it has all you'll need for a stay in Paris and it's excellent located, just walking distance from the Louvre and Notre-Dame Cathedral. Totally recommended!

  Davide's apartment was amazing! It was absolutely spotless upon arrival. I stayed here for a full week and enjoyed my time in Paris so much that i didn't want to leave. Davide communicated well, and I had no problem coordinating getting in or out of the apartment. The apartment is so centrally located that you can get anywhere in a snap, which is great.   Davide’s apartment is in a perfect, central location less than a 10 minute walk to Chatelet Les Halles station (which has the main train –RER blue line - that connects Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports to Paris and it connects all the major metro lines).
