We are a decent male couple and have a son aged 12 years who lives here part time. We have a large apartment with an extra room.

We travel a lot and love to meet new people from all over the world. We will be happy to assist our guest during their stay in our house.

We are both working with management (it and finance) and our son goes to school.

Staying at Lars & Ivan's place was the highlight of our time in Copenhagen. The building is beautiful inside and out - the pictures are accurate, but it's even more impressive in person! Their apartment is extremely clean and the guest room is cozy with a great view. There are good public transport options nearby - a bus stop and a water ferry just outside the building, and a short walk to the train station. We spent a great time in Copenhaguen in Lars and Ivan amazing apartment. They are really nice and helpful, and the room was perfect for a good rest with amazing views and a nice breakfast. For us, it was a perfect base for discovering the city. Also, the architecture of the place is unique and remarkable. Without a doubt, we can recommend this place! :) David & Diego

This is our best B&B stay so far in Europe. It was an awesome experience, apartment was luxury as seen in the picture. Ivan & Lars are very helpful with provide most info needed about the city & also great host to leave you own privacy in the apartment. Island Brygge & surrounding area is a nice place, it is a relaxing walk to the city centre with beautiful view on modern + historical building along the harbour. We had a great stay at Ivan and Lars' place. They were very kindly and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean and offered a wonderful view on Copenhagen. We would definitely stay there a second a time!

A perfect 5 out of 5! Extraordinary loft with a stunning view over the city. The building itself is a must see landmark, almost like Guggenheim with attached apartments :-) Ivan and Lars are the most pleasant hosts you can imagine, nice, easy, fun to get along with and always helpful with lots of tips and information about cph, at the same time totally discreet and unobtrusive. highly recommended.

Ivan and Lars were the most hospitable hosts that we could ask for. They were friendly and gave us helpful information on the sites and attractions of Copenhagen. To top it off their apartment was absolutely stunning and had some truly awe inspiring architecture. Staying here was definitly a highlight of our trip. Patrick.

Classy place, the building has an interesting history, it's like being in the middle of a design project. We had a wonderful experience at the Ivan and Lars' apt. The view is fabolous and the district is pretty close to everything (350S brings you almost everywhere). Ivan is very helpful with tips but never intrusive. Great exp.
