  The room is really nice. It's huge and very comfortable. It's about 15 min walking from the closest extremity of the city centrum and all the way there you feel safe (even at night). Definitely the place to stay in Ghent!

  I recently traveled to Ghent and stayed with Tamara. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. The room was very clean and spacious for two people and Tamara was a very nice and gracious host.

  Tamara's house was perfect: comfortable, clean, quiet, located at a five minutes walk from the center of the beautiful Gent! Tamara was lovely, full of good advices about the city and ready to fulfill every request. Absolutely recommended!

  Enjoyed my time in this great room. The whole top floor of this apartment is yours, including a comfortable sofa, table and desk. Although it's a bit out of old town, it's easy to get there on foot, bike or public transport. The friendly owners make sure your stay is a pleasant one, although you probably never see them again after checking in. But with all the pleasant amenities you don't need anything else.   Tamara was the ideal host. Good communication, friendly, knowledgable, respectful of privacy. The flat is gorgeous. Very modern & swank. Very short walk to the center of Ghent, and easily found. The train to & from Brussels, Brugges, & Antwerp are easily accessed with a 20 minute walk or 5min, €8 cab ride.

  Deze kamer, op tien minuten lopen van het bruisende centrum van Gent, is zeer groot. Je deelt de badkamer, met ligbad en regendouche, met de verhuurder, maar in praktijk zul je elkaars pad zelden tot nooit kruisen. Overigens zou dat geen enkel probleem zijn; de aardige vrouw voorziet je graag van meer informatie over Gent en je krijgt bij het inchecken meteen een leuk boekje met stadsplattegrond cadeau.   Tamara was a very helpful, friendly and flexible host. The room was spacious and very clean, the toilet and shower rooms were immaculate. She was away for the day I was meant to check out so she said I could sleep in and stay as long as I wanted, which was very kind! The neighbourhood was safe and very quiet. It was about a 10 minute walk to the edge of the centre of town, and only 8 euros by taxi from St. Pieters train station. Gent was beautiful, amazing restaurants and excellent... More »
