  David is a great host. I get a private bathroom and private room. There are plenty of cooking materials in the house. Basically, it's a nice private space to stay.

  Just arrived into Sea-Tac from Chicago and needed a place to stay to get my bearings in a new town, a new life. David was a great host and very friendly and communicative. He runs a tattoo parlor downstairs and has a load of interesting artwork and books throughout his place. He gave great advice on the area, where to go, what to do, what people were like, etc.

  Wow...David's space was everything a traveling guy could ask for. Nice & clean and the location cant be beat for the downtown Redmond, Wa. area. I will stay again on my next trip into town...Thanks for being a great host David. Cheers...Ken

  Exactly as described. David was a great host, and his place was super clean and very comfortable. You can't find something more conveniently located to Redmond town center for shopping and Microsoft, etc - so it was perfect for that.
