  I have been in Tawny's apartament for 3 months and it was an amazing experience. She's very sweet and friendly and her home is spacious and cozy. I really liked the bedroom because it's bright, big and the bed is comfortable. It's close to the public trasportation, the neighborhood is safe and not so noisy. I suggest you to try this experience!

  Tawnya was exceptionally down to earth, warm and hospitable. Living space was clean and ample---Location , unbeatable. Highly---make that Very Highly---Recommended.

  Tawnya is an excellent host – friendly, easy-going, extremely helpful and very welcoming. Her home is roomy and full of character. The bedroom was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. A creative space, surrounded by beautiful books and a warm atmosphere. And you can’t beat the location – a 10 minute walk to 5th Avenue and a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station. Safe and central. A delight.

  Very good location, nice and spacious room.. Tawnya is a very friendly host. Some noise from machines on neighbouring building otherwise recommended all round.

  Tawnya was great, the location was very convenient to a conference I attended and Bulldozer the cat was well behaved. If I had more time I'd wax poetic but I'm to busy and focused on other activities to do that. I'll probably stay there again the next time I'm in NYC if available.

  Tawnya's place was great to stay. She is very friendly and easy going. The room was private and clean and BIG. A short 3 block walk from the subway. I would stay with her again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
