Really lovely place - great location, very clean, with everything you would need (iron, hairdryer etc). Pete was also very accommodating in terms of picking up keys and check-out. Great place and I will definitely stay again.

My sister and I loved our stay here! The apartment is cozy, beautifully decorated and conveniently located (about three minutes walk from Madison Square Park). It includes WiFi, and had plenty of space for our clothes and toiletries. The appliances and furniture were new and well-kept. Pete was very helpful and flexible, and was available to answer our questions via text all hours of the day. We would book this apartment again!

Nice Apparterment in a calm quarter and a building definitely located to visit the city. The bedclothes are of high quality and allow to have a rest well after the long walkings in the city. Pete is a nice guest who provides advice with good in spite of difficulties linked to the language. If we come back to NYC, we shall ask again for this accommodation Michel et Béatrice

This is a great little apartment in a great location - just steps from Madison Square Park and the Flatiron building and a short walk to Midtown or Chelsea. Pete is incredibly helpful and flexible, I got quite ill at the end of my stay and Pete helped sort everything out and was very flexible about my checkout.

My stay at Pete's apartment was nothing short of amazing! The landlord's responsiveness and reliability were as impressive as his help and hospitality. STAY HERE!!PETE IS THE BEST!! The apartment is beautifull, quiet, new, extremely clean, close to everything, easy access to the subway,supermarket, restaurants, up and downtown.... absolutely perfect! The apartment that i had reserved was canceled at the last minute. Pete contacted me inmediately. He answered all my questions and gave me the keys as soon as he could. We stayed at Pete's apartment the week before Christmas and had a terrific experience. Pete was super easy-going in arranging to meet with him to get the keys and offered us some advice on places to go in the vicinity to meet all our needs. His place was clean and very nicely decorated. It was equipped with the essentials, including towels, microwave and refrigerator. We are two fun aussie girls who absolutely loved our stay at this apartment, so much so in fact we didn't want to leave. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door and felt safe and comfortable. Pete met literally as we arrived and was prompt when we left. The location is perfect as you are a brisk stroll away from the subway. This place is perfectly fitted for two adults and we would book this apartment again without a moments hesistation.

Cozy little apartment with nice amenities and good light. Also, since it is set back from the street I found it to be extremely quiet in terms of street noise by NY standards. Pete is gracious and easy going, and communication was simple and efficient. Would stay again!

Recently stayed at this quaint little studio apartment for six nights. It is chic and modern, just as advertised. Not at all cluttered and a large armoire with extra hangars for all your clothes. Pete was a very friendly host and was quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay.
