  This place offers great value in a central location, walking distance to SoCo and 1st Street. Aaron was a sweet and responsive host. Rooms are basically furnished. Water pressure, air conditioning, wifi work very well. Huge and wonderful backyard.

  This house is really great, especially the location! The creek next door makes a nice quiet neighbor. I was worried the house might be too close to 1st street, but you didn't even know it was there. Great Mexican food (Polvos) and more than one cafe within a 1-2 minute walk. The oak trees in the back yard are glorious! Stay here if you know whats good for you.

  My experience with renting from Aaron Geiser was pleasant and professional. Aaron makes sure you have everything you need for your stay. The house was cute, clean and fun and I could not of asked for more. Aaron was great to deal with and accommodated my last minute request. He was quick and concise while remaining incredibly friendly. I look forward to renting from him again when I am in the Austin area.

  We had a great stay at Aaron's house. The location was great, so close to the shops and restaurants of South Congress and with great access to bus routes. The house was homely and full of character. Everything we needed was to hand in it. The back porch and garden were great to sit out in. Thanks so much for making our stay in Austin such a comfortable one!

  The place was accurately represented, and Aaron was great and very responsive. The price certainly can't be beat! The artistic touches were super fun, and the location is great - just a couple blocks from South Congress where all the action is. I wish the beds were a bit more high-end, but honestly for the price they were perfectly fine.

  This is a great, simple space with two nice bedrooms in a great location. Some of the best South Austin restaurants are a short walk from here, it's solid. Aaron was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely rent from him again.

  Aaron was an excellent host - very responsive and communicative. The house is surrounded by lovely trees and is in an ideal location - close to S Congress and S First, both of which have lots to do and easy bus service to downtown. The house was nice and clean. I would suggest adding a coffeemaker and a trash can in the bathroom. Otherwise, we had all we needed. The bed in the main bedroom was fine, a bit older but fine.   We enjoyed staying at the condo. It was comfortable and clean. Plus it is very close to our favorite restaurant in Austin, Artz Rib House. Aaron was very responsive as a contact and gave us all the relevant information. This condo worked well for us during SXSW. It was convenient to the convention center and other venues.
