  We had a TERRIFIC stay at the 1880 Barn Home. Karen and Pat were delightful hosts and were congenial to a fault. They both exude such a refreshing, positive energy, and it is reflected in the peaceful, almost zen-like ambiance of their beautiful property.   Our weekend at the barn was perfect. Karen thought of every detail to make the apartment truly feel like a luxury resort yet her warmth and generosity made us feel right at home - and her muffins were to die for! There is so much to do in the surrounding areas. Karen's suggestions on what to visit were great. Traveling to the barn was a beautiful and easy drive from the city - we will certainly be returning.

  Very nice, well-appointed property. Very pleasant rural area, peaceful and quiet. Did'nt get chance to use the outside pool etc. because it was winter.

  What a truly spectacular place to unwind, recharge and reconnect. Karen and Pat are amazingly warm and gracious hosts, and the barn has a very grounding energy. It's beautiful and charming with lots to do without even leaving the property. Our dog was very happy playing with their dog in the unexpected snow storm.   Lauren and I could not have been happier with our stay. Karen and Pat were wonderful hosts and the Barn apartment was beautiful. Everything was extremely clean and the apartment even had a wonderful scent the moment we walked in. If you are staying for any extended period of time, everything is available for your use...new pots and pans, the Keurig coffee maker and much more.   This is a perfect retreat, with perfect hosts and a perfect dog! We were looking forward to spending time outdoors and enjoying the restaurants, wineries and apple farms nearby, and we got to do just that, in an ideal location.   Karen and Pat are absolutely wonderful and their home is a dream location. The barn, scenery and grounds are spectacular. It is perfect for a couple or a few friends who just want to relax and take in all that the area has to offer. We look forward to returning soon!

  Karen and Patrick's place is amazing! GO STAY THERE. The apartment is spacious and comfy; the property is idyllic; and the surrounding areas offer lots of fun activities. We toured at the Tuttilltown whiskey distillery (about a mile away), picked apples at Tantillo's farm and enjoyed a tasty dinner at Tutill House. We look forward to our next visit.
