Outgoing, artistic, musical, social. Im an art director/designer by trade and freelance in the advertising industry. I screen print, shoot photos, make music and ride my bicycle for fun. Originally from the Midwest, I have been in NYC for almost a year. I love my building and the area in Brooklyn I live in and feel very lucky to have found this loft.

Where do I start? Briana is an incredible host. She's absolutely the reason why I think Airbnb is so (expletive) special. I bonded with Briana and her pup Cricket the moment I walked in the door. She is warm and carefree but still thinks about the little details like setting you up with a couple of local beers and extra towels. I cannot recommend this beautiful apartment enough! We had an amazing stay and Briana was the perfect hostess with the mostest! When we arrived there were beers chilling in the fridge for us....what more could you ask for after a long flight! The apartment was even better than in the photos which is never usually the case! I was looking for a place in Williamsburg to give me a feel for living there. Briana is a nice host helpful and the place worked out well. When it's warmer out it will be superb. One little thing. The bed in the loft is great, but you have to go down the stairs to go to the bathroom, also nice. Price is a little high especially now but if you can afford it, go.

Brianas apartment is great! Exactly as shown in the pics. Its a great base for any New York stay, so quick to get to Manhattan on the subway and perfect for exploring Brooklyn and Williamsburg. The apartment is comfortable and kitted out well enough for evenings in, which was great for our stay with our young daughter and in the Summer the terrace will be awesome. We are already talking about our next trip (without our daughter...) and Brianas flat is where we'd stay!

Two words, ama zing. Briana and her cute little friend cricket were wonderfull. Briana made me feel very welcome and was a super host. Crashed on the couch for one week and it was so comfy just like a bed. The apartment is incredible and probably one of the most desireable flats in New York, with literally stunning views to the city. You can see the entire city from balcony, incredible. Briana rocks! if you are looking to have an amazing time in brooklyn... you should definitely consider this apt. She's an amazing host-designer-friend! I had the best time, the location is great the apt is huge, super clean, friendly neighbors, and more!!! i dig! :)

Briana was awesome. Was such a great host. Her apartment was beautiful and clean. She left us condiments to make coffee and tea. She told us how to get around NY with as much information as she could give us. It was a pleasure staying at her place and would definitely be going there once I visit NY again.

My wife and I stayed at Briana's beautiful loft for 1 week. We usually stay at Hotel in Manhattan. It was a great experience. We felt like we were local there. We enjoyed very much for entire week. Briana was good host, friendly and kind. This roof top loft is excellent. It is very bright, cozy, spacey and clean. I stayed in Briana's place the 2nd week of August 2011. It's an amazing apartment. Huge loft, with tons of natural light, two private roof decks and another huge community roof deck accessible through the hallway. It's in a great location near the Graham L station. You're near all of the stuff in Williamsburg and 3 stops to the East Village or 5 to Union Square. Very new construction.
