Marina and Eithan received in the best possible way. Helpful, pleasant and treated us very nice with very good humor, interest and joy. My brother and I spent a cool two weeks in New York. The apartment is located in a doorman building 24 hours a day. The room is sunny, and clean as the bathroom and have a nice view to the street. To friends and family who are visiting NY for sure and point out Marina Eithan as hosts. The best things for the couple. =) Rodrigo and Alexandre

We have been to NYC for the first time and also thanks to Marina´s Blue Cosy Private, we really enjoyed our time. The environment was nice, the place is situated really good, near to the subway and close to the Central Park. We were really happy there.

The apartment is really good and well located. The rooms were clean and confortable and Marina was really kind helping us with info about the neigborhood and NYC itself. We had a nice time there and I will recommend the appartmet to my friends!

The apartment is really well located, next to two subways lines, so it's easy to get around. The apartment is really nice. The room is big and confortable. Marina is a great host and she cares that their guests have a good stay. I really recommend staying here. thanks for all. Gastón

Ms. Marina was very hospitable! I was in town checking on an elderly grandfather. She arranged for me to check in late while she was at work. Accommodation were as described, clean orderly bedroom and adjoining bathroom. She had made extra effort to make it feel like a hotel with sample shampoo and towels, etc. A curtain separated my half of the apartment from her half. But, she and her friend were so friendly I often ended up chatting with them over tea or a meal in the kitchen area. ... More »

I went there with my parents for the holidays, the place is very nice.. i really like because have a subway line so close..you have supermarket near and another essential places the u need. If we talk about the apartment i can say the stuff are so comfortable, the bed where my parents sleep was really good, u have enough space for 3 people, u have a kitchen when u can cook or prepare something, the bathroom is clean ( important thing), they provide u towels, blanquet, its really complete!!!... Excellent location (15 min from Time Square with express subway). Thanks to the welcome and to the kindness of Marina and her daughter. Very nice place for a trip in NYC.

Friendly host, quick email reply, very nice and clean apartment, large, cozy bed. You have one big room and share bath with Marina and her daughter, which was no problem at all. The apartment lies closely to the 2 and 3 express train, so you will be downtown quite fast. I would recommend Marina's place to everyone.

Marina and her partner Eitan were well organised guests. We were in regular contact and arrangements for their arrival and use of the available parking place went very smoothly. I was happy to offer some suggestions of places to visit in Tel Aviv. They were very respectful of my home and I would be happy to welcome them back again.

Marina & Eitan only stayed one night, but they were nice guests. we had a lot to talk about, sense Marina also has a rental with Airbnb... They were also really respectful and clean, I'm sure we see each other again!

Marina C. is a great woman. She is like a second mother to me. Marina is very cool, friendly, hospitable, and is always ready to help if needed. Her apartment is always neat, clean, and you will feel like being home. There is also a laundry room in the building, and the subway is one minute away (on 116 street, 123 trains). Very convenient. Neighborhood is safe and nice. What more can one wish for an awesome stay?

Marina is a very friendly and caring person. She always does her best for all her guests to feel like home all the time. She is very fun-loving and considers all her friends as her family members. Her place is very clean, warm and feels like home. It's like a real home - cool people, friendly atmosphere, washing machines on the first floor, everything you need in the kitchen and comfortable and clean bathroom.

"Marina and I are long time friends. She is very hospitable, neat , and clean. The apartment is homey, a half block from a popular express subway ( 2or 3 train) connecting you to all your favorite places in the city! Marina has great personality and is professional and loads of fun. She is trustworthy and reliable. You will enjoy your stay.

Marina's apartment was great! She is friendly, helpful, and provided a great place to stay. Every time I came back to the room I found the place welcoming. She also offered to help. She recommended places to see, helped me with the subway system and pointed me to nice restaurants and great shopping areas. The neighborhood is very safe and it is only 15 minutes away from midtown Manhattan and 5 minute walk to Central Park. I highly recommend staying with Marina!
