In the neighborhood are living the most famous people from Belgrade (Serbian Royal Family, artists, musicians, politicians, sportspeople ...), as well as all foreign people who are situated in Belgrade on their works in embassies, companies...
If you are coming by car or bike to Belgrade you will have a FREE underground garage (in the smaller apartment) or FREE private parking (in two bigger apartments). In the whole Belgrade you should pay for parking...
