  This apartment was great! Wonderful location with the ability to walk to everything - restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. Located off a very busy street, the apartment is in the back of the building and quiet! Windows that open, nice light, and very comfortable space.   We had a great time in LA. This apartment is everything you'll need. It was very clean and set up perfectly for us. Erica even left us a bottle of wine. I would recommend taking her up on the offer of the nearby parking space, the street parking around here fills up fast.

  We loved our stay at Erica's place! The vintage building is absolutely gorgeous, the apartment is adorable and filled with charming vintage details, and it's impeccably neat. While it's located right in the center of Hollywood action, it's tucked away on a quiet side street just far enough away from the noise and grime of the city.   Erica was soo accommodating. She had waters in the fridge, strawberry jam and a loaf of bread too. Clean towels and a comfy bed. Parking was available, which was so convenient and nice to have. The building is very cool. I'd stay here again.

  WHAT A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH! This amazing space is well appointed and nestled on a road I must have passed a bazillion times. There's a lovely patio adjacent, a soothing large bathtub and comfy bed. Tons of places deliver, and the Metro is about a block away...you walk right over the Star Trek Stars to get there lol! Erica was sweet, and her enthusiasm for the history and architecture was infectious! I can't wait to come back with a friend to show off this treasure!

  After I've posted this review to Erica's profile she left one on my pfrofile about vomit next to her toilet, which was surely not from me or my boyfriend. I think that says everything about Erica and that she couldn't deal with my review. Erica and Carlos were very helpful. We didn't see Erica at all and Carlos just 2-3 times.   Great location. I was visiting UCLA and didn't have a car - but a bus stop is just around the corner. It is also quite convenient to get to the Santa Monica beach. Nice apartment and Erica is very helpful with information. Laundry facility in the building is also a big plus.

  The best thing about the room with a private bathroom is that it is conveniently located to UCLA and other central venues. Erica has been very helpful with all the information needed. I' ll go again

  If you don`t care about being in a dirty place this is the place for you! If you will stay for a long time you can clean the bedroom and the bathroom (tons of dog`s hair, never been cleaned before, toilet seat disgusting dirty) and maybe will worth ... If you will spend only 3 nights and don't want to spend precious time cleaning or complaining, think twice... There is a lot of reviews complaining about dog hair and still the same... The living room, the refrigerator, the sofa and the kitchen... More »
