We're a 30 something couple of foreigners (American, Norwegian) who live in a 1-bedroom in central London. Kat (the American) maintains the listing and Fredrik (the Norwegian) does the heavy lifting.

We rented out one of our flats through airbnb a lot a few years ago when we had two flats - but now we rent out our flat when we go away (usually back to USA or Norway). We have a team of friends available in case of any problems and we're at the end of the line, of course!

Kat is a wonderful host and we had a very positive experience staying in this apartment.The apartment was nicely furnished and felt like home. A market, bakery, and bus stops were just around the corner. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the central of London.Highly recommended!

First time in London and Kat made our stay fall in love with it. The Flat is incredibly cozy, comfortable and easy to find. We had no problem accessing it from the airport and going to all the major London attractions. Kat (& Fred) even tho they weren't physically present were always easy to contact. Kat and Frederik were absolutely FANTASTIC hosts for me and three of my girlfriends for the start of our post-graduate trip throughout Europe. Firstly, they were extremely helpful: they left us guidebooks and maps for the London area, an international mobile that you could top up with pay-as-you-go minutes as well as some snacks to munch on. We found Kat's apartment after our original reservation was cancelled by a different host. As you can expect, a last minute reservation is filled with stress - and Kat's prompt responses to my queries put me at ease. Though she was going to be away, she arranged for keys to be picked up across the street from the apartment, and arranged for a second set to be delivered to us at Paddington station, if schedules intersected. I had a great time here. It was quiet and Kat was very accomodating. Easy to walk or take the tube to anywhere from here.

We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a great time staying in Kat's little flat, it was small for this number of people, but met all our needs, and it was so quick to get around the city from Angel. Thanks so much for the opportunity to live like Londoners for a few days! Hope to return the favour sometime.

Kat was easy to get in touch with and was very accommodating. The flat is located just around the corner from Angel station - very peaceful, safe, centrally-located in a great neighborhood and had everything that my husband and I needed for the week. There is a drugstore, inexpensive sandwich shop, a theater, a gig venue, cash machines and a selection of grocery stores just a short walk away. If you want to live like a Londoner for a couple of days, it's easy to do so here.

Kat promptly replied to all my inquires. She arranged for us to pick up the keys to her place at a shop below the flat. She provided extremely helpful information prior to our visit. Kat's place is centrally located near the Angel tube stop on the Northern Line. Once we arrived from the airport, we learned our way around the bus system and found it far more accessible (and more fun!) than the Tube. Kat was very helpful, responsive and easy to work with. The flat was in an excellent location--very central and just a couple of minutes from the Angel underground--and it was nice to have a whole flat as opposed to a small hotel room! Thank you, Kat!
