We booked this house for #GCUC & #SXSW. Great location only 4 miles from downtown, which made it close enough to get places (with a vehicle) but far enough away to get out of craziness. Very eclectic space focused on "Keeping Austin Weird". Deck and quiet location was a big plus. Deborah was very hospitable.

We had a very comfortable stay at this duplex. We had a full group including small children and it worked well. The unit had all we needed for a week's stay and was convenient to downtown, Zilker Park, and grocery stores. The neighborhood was safe and it and the owner are in the "keep Austin weird" category. If we have occasion to return to Austin, we will be looking to book this again.
