  It's hard to find where to begin. My boyfriend and I stayed in Jeanna's home for our first trip to Galveston. We arrived super late, but the house's entry is set up so simply and securely that getting in (with Jeanna's instructions...thanks for the voice mail) was a breeze, even in the dark.   Jeanna's place is great! It was perfect for what I needed while visiting Galveston Island. I'm sure I'll return again. Her home is really beautiful--very stylish, well furnished, etc. The private room is really cozy and the private guest bathroom was great. It was almost like I had my own place. For me the location worked out well, I was able to walk to the beach/seawall and to the historic Strand district. Check out her guidebook as well--all her recommendations are top notch!   It was great! The home is sweet and cozy, and turns out that the home is an old converted train depot... so cool! It is clear that Jeanna has put a lot of TLC into the home and into Airbnb experience. If you are visiting Galveston, I highly recommend you stay there!!

  Jeanna was the perfect host, and Ginger and Cookie, the dogs, were very sweet and well behaved! The cottage is beautiful, well appointed and clean, and was an ideal home away from home. We would definitely stay at this island cottage again!

  The cottage is great! It's very clean and I love how it's decorated. Jeanna is warm and made me feel like I was staying in my own home. I told her about the person sitting next to me on the plane showing me how to play Sudoku and she graciously offered her Sudoku book for me to use while I was there. If I get to Galveston again, this is where I'll stay.

  If you have not been to the Texas Coastline or you plan to visit Galveston or Houston, Jeanna has a wonderful place for you to stay during your visit. She was an excellent hostess and very friendly. I'm certain she could also give you an idea of where to plan your next trip as Jeanna has been to many places around the globe, a real world traveler.
