I love all the cultural aspects that NYC offers including museums, theatre, opera, dance, restaurants, etc. I also love to read. I'm usually at the apartment during the week and leave on Thursday to go to our farm house returning on Monday's.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Carla's apt. The home is decorated in a tasteful and artful way, something I love! It made our stay so cozy and pleasant. The neighborhood is lovely and convenient, a beautiful park on one side and subway entrance and cafes on the other. Carla was accommodating and fun to meet. We will definitely consider another stay!

Carla's apartment is incredible ! I felt so at home surrounded by Carla's beautiful art and interesting books.The pictures of the apartment do not reflect the beauty of the space. The view from the bedroom window at night of the river and the twinkling lights is fantastic ! We enjoyed the apartment - and Carla's two cats. It was perfect to be used as the extra bedroom we needed the weekend our daughters came to visit.

This was my first experience with airbnb. I would definitely book again this apartment next time I come up to NYC. Although I never really got the chance to meet Carla personally, I just knew she was available for reach at any time for anything I needed. She was helpful and understanding when I needed to leave the bags there for several hours after check out. Had a great time at Carla's place. She is an amazing host. She left a lot of information on NYC and she was always there if you needed her for anything. The place was very CLEAN. Her descripition of the place is nothing compared to the actual place. Once I got there, I felt at home, so much better than staying in any hotel. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. My stay in house of Carla has been pleasant indeed. The building is very beautiful and the zone is well served and sure. In the proximities the subway, restaurants and supermarkets you can be found. The apartment is small but well organized and clean. I recommend it!!!

We had a great time at Carla's place. she left very useful information and shared some with us before we came. The location was very convenient and close to the subway. Carla and ehr place were great and highly recommended! Thanks to Carla our first trip to New York was a great one.

Indeed a great location and indeed very convenient! The ambience in the small clean apartment is warm, the bed really comfie with a view out the window of the river. The very compact kitchen is just enough for most needs and done in such good style and taste. Carla was the perfect concierge in absentia, leaving us many very useful books and information on NYC and its many treasures. The apartment is in a great location, with convenient access to the subway and tons of restaurants nearby. Carla is a very friendly and helpful host, and we really enjoyed our stay!
