  Emily was a great host. She was extremely communicative and returned any and all questions in short order. I had requested an iron at the last minute and it was waiting for me upon arrival. The space is adequate for four people who want to use it as home base but the living area small for prolonged hanging out.   Simply put, house in excellent condition, excellent location , lovely hosts answer all questions in timely manner. Would defiantly stay again . Plus, because of floor plan this is a home that is excellent for two couples. Amanda Smrcka.

  Emily and her roommate were gracious and accommodating hosts. They were responsive and flexible; their residence had plenty of room for the three of us, was well kept and in a great location. If the opportunity presented itself, we would stay in this apartment again. Thanks, Emily!

  The hosts were excellent. We were met at the apartment with key. The apartment is very clean, floors shiny and new. The location is excellent if you love the West Village which I think is the best place to be in the city! Very close to 4th Street Subway stop. By New York standards, the bathroom is HUGE and new. The street noise is a little loud at night, however, the air conditioner drowns it out a bit. I would definitely rent this place again.

  Beautiful and charming appartment. Perfect location, near great local restaurants and around the corner from the meatpacking district and SOHO shopping. The girls were very accomodating and helpful. Only thing is we wish that the place was cleaned prior to our arrival. Kitchen, bathroom and floors were dusty and dirty.   Emily was a wonderful hostess, and went above and beyond her call of duty by providing subway directions, helpful hints, etc. She was extremely responsible and answered all our questions (and offered to be on stand-by in case anything arose). I would definitely stay here again!
