  It was my first time renting with Airbnb and it couldn't be better. Mohamad's apartment is wonderful and as nice as it looks in the pictures. I very much apreciated the neighborhood, centrally located, with lots of public transports but not as noisy or touristic as the nearby Marais, but very close to it.   Mohamad's apartment is very nice and clean, and there is everything you need e.g. towels and bed covers. It is situated in a cool area with a lot of nice bars and cafés, and you have a walking distance to many nice spots. The windows are facing a back yard, so it is quiet at night. We had a problem with the drain in the shower, sink and toilet. One day we couldn't use water at all which was a little annoying. But Mohamad did everything he could to fix it.   Simply the best stay in Paris. Apartment is exactly as seen in the pictures, and spotless. The location is perfect. A quick walk to two different Metro lines means you can reach anywhere in the city quickly. Mohamad is simply the best host and Pascal was a wonderful welcoming committee. Mohamad was extremely helpful, offering recommendations for dinners, where to shop in the neighbourhood, everything we could need.   Die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Bilder beschrieben. Geschmacksvoll eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Würde die Wohnung sofort wieder mieten.

  Mohamad was a great host. Check in was smooth, he was waiting for us out on the street so we had no hassles. He left us with bottled water and red wine, very thoughtful. The apartment was very clean, stylish and in a great location. We had a fantastic stay here and would recommend to anyone! Thanks again Mohamad.

  The flat, even if is very small, is dotated of every comfort and it is very clean. The underground station is nearby and the displacements are really easy!! We were 4 host and we had a nice stay! Excellent for us ;) Mohamad was very kind with us, we arrived with an hour of delay because of a problem with our flight but he was helpful with us also at 1.00 am!!   This Parisian apartment was well refurbished to a high standard. It was well located to the Metro station and there are a couple of good supermarkets close by. It is in a less touristy neighborhood yet only several stops to the center of Paris. The apartment had everything I needed on my 6 days stay including a good hair dryer!
