  I had such a lovely time staying at Jasmine's, everything was how it should be and the location was great. Jasmine was really lovely and made me feel so welcome I would absolutely recommend staying here.

  We stayed for a week at this great private studio and really enjoyed our time. It was super quiet and definitely secluded feeling -- felt like our own little apartment! I used to live in Silverlake and picked the location for its walk-ability which was ideal. Very pleasantly surprised with variety of breakfast options and the coffee was delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the east-side of LA.

  A very nice studio indeed in the heart of Silverlake! Since many areas of LA are inaccessible without a car it was great to be able to walk (on sidewalks!) to good stores and restaurants. And Jasmine is a very generous host!

  I stayed here for an entire week. I really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Nice effort made to provide new Ikea kitchen-ette. Everything provided to make a small meal or coffee. Bed is very comfortable. Low rating for lack of cleanliness and sunlight. My 23 yr old thought it was great.

  I enjoyed staying here while visiting LA - it suited me perfectly in that it was well located for the areas I was checking out, and I really liked that it was totally my own space with a private entry. Jasmine made it easy to check in and out without any fuss. Very laid back!

  Jasmine is a really friendly and fun gal.. We really enjoyed our stay here.. Her place is all about LOCATION! So close to EVERYTHING you need... Walking distance to to nice/cool bars, which makes it easy to get a bit merry in LA without driving! Also close to coffee shops, our fave is LAMILL Coffee on SilverLake blv... tiny bit expensive, but we ruled it best coffee in town..   It was a small, cute and super conveniently located studio. We appreciated the breakfast supplies left out and found Jasmine to be super helpful throughout our stay. The location is ideal for anything you would want to do in silverlake, the area is adorable.

  Are you a Hipster? Then Jasmine's Silverlake Guest space is perfect for you. Not a Hipster, it's still perfect. Silverlake has a great selection of restaurants, bars, and our new favorite place, Intellegentsia. Some people would say it's crazy to spend $6 on a cup of coffee. Those people clearly have not had a good cup of coffee. The house is 5 minutes from shopping, eating, and drinking.   It's a very sweet little place, the location is great in terms of proximity to music venues and bars and stuff, but it's also on a really quiet and leafy street.

  Jasmine's apartment was perfect for us and made our stay in LA even better! It was clean, comfortable and perfect for a couple. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again. We loved Silverlake and the local restaurants, cafes and bars were in walking distance plus parking was super easy for our hire car.

  Jasmine's place was sweet and cozy - plenty of light, fun decor, super-comfy bed, and featuring amenities like a coffeemaker, toaster oven, fridge, and even a speaker setup for my iPhone. The backyard garden was lovely, and her purring cats came over to visit. It's very central to the fun neighborhood of Silverlake, which is itself central to much of L.A. Street parking wasn't an issue at all. And Jasmine herself was a cool host - very friendly with good communication. I hope to return!

  Jasmine's studio is the perfect stay for a couple or single person visiting LA. It is indeed in the heart of Silverlake and is close to Sunset where there is a bounty of restaurants (wide variety of cuisines), cafes bars and shops. It's also close to the freeway which makes heading across town much easier.   This place is fantastic and Jasmine was a great host. It's a clean, quiet little hideaway, but also right in the center of the Silverlake action. I was able to relax and get a lot of work done. And, Jasmine was super accommodating the entire stay. She's the coolest! If you're lucky enough to find it available, I would highly recommend staying here for a spell. Thanks Jasmine!

  Jasmine was a great host, and the apartment was exactly what we needed. The backyard is lovely, and the neighborhood is perfect - we could walk to shops and restaurants in the area, but it was also a good central location to set out and explore LA.

  This was our first time traveling with airb&b and what fun we had! Jasmine was so welcoming:) The unit was great; comfy couch, flat screen TV, beautiful blue tile bathroom, and a backyard with a table and chairs. I didn't even know that there were areas like this in LA! Thanks Jasmine, for a lovely stay!
