Once upon a time in Mississippi, in the shadow of the King of Rock and Roll, Lori White was born. Some number of steps later, she landed in Brooklyn where she thinks with her heart, plays with the internet and always taps along to the beat of things - usually with her shoes.
Good rhythm is a terrible thing to waste.
I live in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, my apartment is amazing and has a piano in the kitchen with a tambourine on top. I was raised in the Southern Manners & Hospitality Tradition (tm), so I'm an amazing host, and a very sweet guest. I also have many opinions, many of which I will share with you! (most of which you will appreciate!)

When I travel, I really like to do the whole 'taking it to the streets' 'one with the people' kind of thing. I like dust, and I like old timers who will tell me stories for hours. I will sit anywhere for hours if there's a chance for stories.
As for hosting, I'm pretty hands off, but I will sit and talk with you for hours, most likely while I'm cooking, or playing the piano, or drinking coffee. I have a tandem bike that I might take you on if you're brave/worthy enough.
