Staying with Wayne was wonderful. The apartment was lovely, immactulate and well decorated. Wayne offers all the ammenities one could wish for, and when he told me that while I was there in his home, I was to treat it as my home...well he meant exactly that. I have stayed with AirBNB hosts before, but Wayne is an exceptional host. You will walk away amazed by his hospitality.

I love staying with Wayne. This is my second home. He is a wonderful host, so relaxed he has a wonderful way of making me feel at home. And I feel so comfortable making myself at home. Me and my girlfriend were guests for two days. Wayne is just the perfect host and an incredible person to get to know. Our stay there was wonderfull. The flat and the condo were very nice and clean. I travel to NYC on business often. My accommodations vary, from hotels, to friends and other Airbnb places. Wayne's place was hands down the best placed I've ever staying while in NYC. Wayne is an amazing host! He makes you feel like you're a long lost family member. His place was so nice and the ambiance was breathtaking. I slept better than I have slept in a long time...

New York was great, but with Wayne and your apartment was AWESOME!!!He is very great, welcoming and funny person. My girlfriend and I felt as our home in your apartment, that it looks like in picture. It is full furnished and he provided us of all linen (bed and restroom), all food that we needed and so on. The neighborhood is quite, there are a lot of food shops and subway stop is only one minute (by watch) walk away to the building. In the building there always is a funny doorman. However... More »
Wayne is a fantastic host! He made me feel welcome from the first minute, he is a really friendly guy. His flat is great and in a really good location. I can't wait to go back to NY and stay with him again!!
Wayne is not only a fantastic host but he truly knows how to make you feel at home. Wayne has a beautiful apartment, very clean and organized. He offers a private room and a private bathroom and while he is very friendly and welcoming person, he never invades your personal space or time. The subway station its right across the corner (lines C & B) from where you easily can go, in a matter of minutes, toward down or up town. Wayne’s place is very new, sparkling clean and comfortable. It is in a good neighborhood just a few steps from the subway. Wayne is a great host with lots of tips and stories about NYC. A great place to stay!
