  Staying at Rob's felt like we were visiting a friend.. it was awesome ! the place is great , short walk to the centre, really clean and safe. Rob gave us plenty of recommendations on what to do in the city and where to eat. We really enjoyed our breakfast together and just chatting about travels and life in general. Rob has plenty of funny stories to tell =) Would definitely stay there again !

  I stayed with Rob for three weeks while I attended a work-related training class. I felt like I was another member of the family! My classwork kept me busy studying in the evenings, and Rob and his daughter were considerate of my need for quiet and privacy.   Rob was such an awesome host.I felt I drove all the way from Ottawa to Victoria to visit him and it was with no doubt worth ed.We had wonderful conversation,healthy and remarkable breakfast.I defiantly recommend his place.Me and my partner we both thought we got our-self a friendship over this trip.Is not traveling all about adventure and surprises?By far this was one of them.

  After I got a job offer from a local company I decided to take the step and relocate all the way from Europe over to Victoria. I had a weird gut feeling, leaving friends and family behind. But as soon as I entered Rob's house, the feeling was gone. It felt like home within seconds. I stayed at Rob's comfy place for 11 nights and I had a hell of a great time with him. Such an easy-going, friendly person. And boy, that guy can cook :) Best Airbnb experience so far!

  Rob is an awesome host: very friendly, giving and helpful. I was in town for an audition and I was able to practice in his house too. His place is superbly located also. You can walk to all parts of downtown Victoria; several nearby parks, the city center and close bus access also.

  Rob is hilarious and his place is adorable. We very much enjoyed our stay and he had great recommendations about where to eat and drink. Also, a super good place to store our bikes, which was important to us. Next time we're heading to Vic we're going to make sure to stay at Rob's again.

You can relax & Rob is reliable & very considerate & went above & beyond my airbnb expectations.   Excellent stay! We felt immediately at home in Rob's cosy and comfortable house. Rob is a really genuine, friendly person and we enjoyed some good conversation! And the breakfast was delicious! thanks Rob.

  Rob Delaney is the best host I've ever seen. The house is also cozy and nice, which makes me feel like at home. Will visit Rob again if I have the chance. PS:he prepared the best breakfirst we've ever had. Supppppppppper yummy and well decorated

He gave us some truly awesome off-the-beaten-path recommendations (do not miss the peacocks at Beacon Hill Park!), and is an absolute blast to have a conversation with.
