  We had a nice and good stay at the apartment. It was clean, big enough for four people and everything worked out fine. The neighbourhood was nice and we felt there really save. When we booked the apartment, we got an e-mail with a lot of helpful information, also tips how to get there, where to park and stuff like that. That was really kind and gave us a good feeling about it. Steve is a great host! We had a good communication and I can recommend you all to stay at this place!!

  We couldn't be more happy with our experience in this South Beach apartments. Our group of 8 stayed comfortably as there is plenty of space. The apartments were perfect for a South Beach vacation, location is great, apartments are clean, comfortable and cozy. Beautifully decorated and easy access to the beach.   This is a great condo with good space and layout. The place is close to the $2 bus (right outside the door) that takes you to Collins area of South Beach and about 5 blocks to the local bus ($0.25). Steve is a great host and the building/neighborhood are in a quiet residential area. The beach is 5 blocks away (crossing a busy street).   Our stay at steves place was great for the budget traveller.The place was fairly clean and it had what we needed. we are a family of five , so this was a good place to stay after doing a day of sight seeing. If your driving a car and need car parking there's no allocated spots , so if you want a spot, park your car around 3-4pm , so you dont have to walk a distance to your car. it was about a 10 min cab drive to south beach. if you want to do a fun tour we recommend the duck tour!

  Awesome Value for Money!! Great Location!!! This was a really great apartment, nice and close to everything, we hired bikes while we were in town and it was a very quick cycle to the beach, cafes, bars and everything we needed. Otherwise there is a bus stop very close by. Steve was extremely helpful and welcoming and even came to fix the TV when in fact I was using the remote control incorrectly!   If you are coming to Miami and not staying over at Steve's place, you are definitely missing a lot. This place gave me and my friends the best feel-at-home that no motel could ever even think of.   Our week in Miami was great, it was my first time there and the city is beautiful. The apartment was exactly as advertised and Steve was an excellent host, he responded to all emails very swiftly and even made a call to a local business to get us more info on transportation which was excellent.   I was so nervous about renting a from a vendor that was not apart of a commercial chain, especially since I am so far away from Fl. However, from my first inquiry Steve was awesome. He addressed all of my questions/concerns without hesitation. What really impressed me was when we had an issue with a door handle in one of the apartments. Steve called us immediately to address our concerns and had the handle fixed by the time we came back from sightseeing. Thanks Steve :D

  My stay in the 2 Apts was Excellent. The place was very clean and was exactly how it was explained in the description. I had a total of 7 people on my trip, and everyone slept comfortably! Steve H was a great host. He communicated very well and was able to accommodate all my requests. Whenever I come back to Miami, I will definitely stay there again...and will also recommend others to stay there!

The apartments were PERFECT for the 7 of us and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed.   As it has already been said what can you add to what has already been said. The location is fantastic and the apartment was spotless. Steve it seems offers a text back service on all questions, however silly they may be. I asked should I walk or drive to the grocery store and received a reply.. It is residential so you have to find a parking place but no worse than it is at home. I would not hesitate to recommend and will return. I wish I had stayed longer.

  Steve is a great host. Every question that I sent to Steve via text was answered very quickly. When I had trouble connecting to the internet, Steve was able to provide me with a quick fix which got me connected quickly. This place is near everything, I was able to walk from here to South Beach and Lincoln road as well as the Holocaust memorial. But the two biggest advantages of Steve's place are the great value for the price and, of course, the location. The ocean is just a 5 min walk away and the whole neighborhood is really nice and peaceful. Personally I can't think of a better place to stay in Miami Beach.

  The apartments were great. We were able to comfortable stay due tot he apartments feeling like home away from home. The location of the apartments were perfect because it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and bus to the airport. Also the cab fare to any of SOBE's hotspots was always less than 10 dollars.   Had a great time in MIA! House was easy to get to and close to the beach. We played golf less than a mile away and went to some nightclubs at the Fontainebleau, Hard Rock, Clevelander and Ft.   We all had an amazing time. Steve was nothing but incredible, I did not have to txt him for a single problem but when I did txt him, I had a response within minutes. I was traveling with a total of ten people, eight of which were female (it was for a modeling photo shoot) and they were all just as pleased with the two apartment combo as I was. I will be traveling to Miami again in a few months and will definitely look for Steve to be my host again. Very highly recommended.

  We would like to say great thanks to Steve for our comfortable rest and for his hospitality! We stayed in his 2 apartments (8 people) for 4 days in May. There is absolutely everything you need: iron, wi-fi,video and audio technique. We were surprised to find such a nice place for our rest.   Steve was an absolutely great host and the apartments were lovely, too. If we had any questions, we only needed to text him and got replied instantly. The apartments were waiting for us with tables loaded with snacks and drinks. Everything necessary was there - special thanks for the SPF 50 sunscreen, no stupid turist thinks they'll need to take one along :D Location is good, too - the ocean is in a walking distance and you can park your car nearby. The room is beautiful and it is in a lovely quite area just 15 minutes driving distance from South Beach.   Steve was honest with his description of the space and very thorough. Location was also excellent. The only problem - not enough TP and only one pillow on the bed! To Steve's defense we did not bother complaining, I'm sure he would have corrected these issues.

  Steve is the best host I've dealt with on AirBnB. We arrived a whole day earlier than planned, and he easily accomodated us. We stayed at one of his places on Sheridan. It was fantastic! Maybe it's after traveling to NYC so much, but it was HUGE! Could easily fit a whole bunch of people comfortably. All in all it was a great stay and I will happily recommend Steve to anyone!

  Steve was very helpful! He even provided an airbed and set it up for us. Everything was great and the 2 apts were as described. This was a great option for our large group. There were plenty of beach and bath towels. The beach and bofa atm at was a short walk. Everything else you needed was already in the apt.

  Steve's condo is an excellent home base for exploring Miami Beach. It is comfortable, well-furnished and much larger than what you could get in a hotel for the same price. The only down-side is it was pouring rain. This is out of Steve's control, though - anything within his control, he went out of his way to make as perfect as possible.

  Excellent apartment in a very good location, and Steve is a great host. The pictures actually don’t do the place justice. It is very spacious, and clean, perfect for a stay in Miami. Location wise, it is easy to get anywhere around South Beach, as the bus stop is a short walk, and taxis are pretty cheap to the main areas of South Beach. Steve is very helpful, and always on hand to offer assistance or advice about the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  The apartment was better than expected and Steve undersells the place. It's in a great location, nice and close to the beach whilst still being in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to shops and other places. Steve went the extra mile for me and that's what makes a difference. Of course I ate the chocolates in the first few days...
