We like to travel around and visit new places. I have a couple of apartments in the US and Iceland and use AirBnB to help cover the costs of maintaining them.
We loved Runar's apartment! The perfect amount of space for two people for a short stay. In walking distance to literally everything you could want to see in Reykjavik (except the Pearl, I guess). Completely functional kitchen and scrupulously clean. Everything was ready to go and we had all the info we needed. Highly recommended--and we can't wait to go back to Iceland ourselves!
Runar's apartment was perfect for us. It was centrally located, an easy walk to and from BSI as well as all the sites in downtown Reykjavik. We had some initial trouble locating the apartment (don't trust (website hidden) Maps!), but Runar was available via phone and was quick to help us find our way. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a couple, but it might be too tight for three or more people, though the couch does fold out, so, conceivably, it could work.
The stay in the apartment of Runar was very pleasant. The place is very cute and cozy, it's close to metro, close to Washington Square Park and the local Village. Overall, the final score is 8.5!
An excellent place to stay in the Village. The apartment is well-appointed, even more chic than I gathered from the photographs. The location is hard to beat. And though (unfortunately) I never got to meet Runar, I can assert that he's an excellent host -- helpful, concerned and incredibly responsive. I don't think I ever waited longer than a few minutes for him to get back to me about anything!
Great stay at Runar's apartment. We enjoyed the area and parks (Universal, Disney). Safety place, really clean, I hightly recommend this apartment if you want to stay a few days at Orlando.
