Very nice apartment with a great location near major tourist sites. Had a split stay of 4 nights and 2 nights in Sept and Oct 2011 Easy access to underground, buses, and Victoria Station. Need to post printed instructions for washer/dryer usage for people unfamiliar with it's operation.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location couldn't have been better. The only issues we had were minor and cosmetic with the apartment and not worth mentioning as they really didn't impact our stay. Thanks to Daren for opening his home to all of our fellow travelers. Cheers!

We had a wonderful experience at Daren's flat. The location is superb, the flat was freshly/professionally cleaned prior to our arrival, the amenities (dish washer, clothes dryer, 24-hour porters) are a real plus, and the stores and pubs within a three-block area make it "just like home." Daren was responsive to our needs. Didn't get to meet him, but he gave me an immediate callback on a question I had when I first arrived. All in all, a terrific time. I'd book this flat again in a flash.

We had a great time at Daren's place! It was an awesome location! We were able to walk to almost everything. The front desk was very kind. The actual apartment was very clean. It was perfect for two traveling couples. As Daren said, the 88 bus stops at the front door. This was perfect after dinner and drinks in Soho. I would suggest his place to anyone. We loved Westminster Excellence!

My family so enjoyed staying at Daren's flat. For a mature couple with two grown children, we really needed two bedrooms. It was in the perfect location! A quick walk to Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, Parliament, St. James Park, and Buckingham Palace, the Churchill War Rooms... and near a Tube stop on the Central line. Also, a grocery store nearby and two Pret a Mangers (fresh, healthy fast food). Great location, great value.

Our stay at Daren's Apt was simply perfect. The Apartment was perfectly clean and neat, in a great building in a great position in London. Daren was a perfect guest, he gave us clear instructions and advice. I would love to stay there again and highly recommend the Apartment.

The apartment was excellent and perfect for us. We have two small children and we were in a safe quiet environment for kids and yet everything (westminster, parliment, London eye, etc) was nearby. There was groceries close by, restaraunts, etc. The apartment was clean, roomy, and relaxing. We felt right at home instantly. It would be hard to stay anywhere else in London when we come back. This is a fantastic location. The apartment is great, and well furnished. Daren was very easy to communicate with before our stay, and getting into the accommodation was very simple. The flat is literally around the corner from Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, & Parliament. I will be using this flat for future visits to London.

The Westminster Excellence is a really cool place, so central, so clean, just perfect! We enjoyed our stay and will stay there definetely again! It´s great to hear the Big Ben Bells, when the window is open! 5 Stars!

Perfect!! We had a lovely stay in Daren´s appartment. it was so close to westmister abbey, just 5 minute walking. Perfect location and perfect neighbourd with supermarket and shops. 88 bus just in front of the gate of the building. Darren was so nice and helpful. the fridge was full of food and the appartment was very complete of gadget and details. we found clean towels and sheets. Of course we will come back again if we go to London!!! Thank you Daren!!!

Daren was a great host and his place was a great base for a trip to London. The 88 bus and the nearby Tube stations made it very easy to get around, and there is already a great deal to see within walking distance (Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Downing Street, etc). The apartment is modern and although the area is quiet, we felt safe coming back even later at night. Would definitely stay again.

Daren's place is just as depicted in the photos and very convenient to grocery shopping and the Westminster and St James tube stations. The neighborhood is quiet at night yet close to major tourist attractions - the Tate Modern is about 1.5 miles for example. Comfortable and convenient. We really enjoyed our visit to London staying here. Quiet, very private apartment, with everything one needs. We were able to walk around our favourite spots - Westminster, Hyde Park, Covent Garden. which are all so close by. Close to theatres, so a very short taxi trip each time. Good ready made food available in Sainsbury's on Victoria Street, ten minutes walk. Memorable moments for us all. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this flat and would definitely do so again. We visited as a family of four and it was perfect -- as long as your kids can share a double bed, there is ample space. No hemos tenido ocasión de ver a Daren, pero hemos pasado 5 dias estupendos en su apartamento. Tiene todo lo que se puede desear para pasar unos dias en Londres: excelente situación, cómodo, tranquilo, bien equipado....y con una potente calefacción, que se agradeció mucho en los frios días que pasamos. Se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera alojarse en el centro de Londres.

We had a great stay at Daren's place. The location is perfect to see all of London's attractions. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. Daren was very helpful and quick to respond to all emails. We would definitely recommend his place to anyone looking for a hotel alternative in London.

Excellent! Daren is a welcoming host with supurb communication. (We especially appreciated that he mentioned the name and address of his local -- a warm, remarkably neighbourhood establishment for a business-dominated area.) Daren provided a great, clean, comfortable flat in excellent central location that was perfect for showing off London to friends who were first-time visitors. SW1 is an easy area of London to navigate for those not familiar with the city.

The location is great and it's an easy walk to Tate Britain and tube stations. The area becomes very quiet in the evening and the apartment is nicely furnished in a comfortable, modern way. A few small things keep me from giving it another star: the lack of a bathmat and hairdryer, and of a basic list of instructions for the appliances, especially the washing/drying machine. My husband and adult daughter recently stayed at Daren's flat for 3 nights while visiting London and it was great.Clean and comfortable with great beds. The area is lovely and very safe. We found it easy to get around and there are great pubs and restaurants in the area. Our visit to London was fantastic (not long enough)and Thank you Daren for your hospitality and instructions we loved it.

My mom and I stayed at Daren's on a week long trip in London. The place was everything the pictures showed and the location was even better than expected. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better spot and the apartment offered a better value and more space than a hotel. Great location, quiet area, safe! Flat was clean and had everything we needed after 5 weeks backpacking through Europe and UK. Good shower, comfy beds, washing machine, TV, etc. Daren answered any questions we had during our stay prom promptly. No complaints from me!

Daren flat is really great: nice as it appears in the pictures, clean, in a fantastic location. I was there with my husband and my two children and it was really confortable, the area is very safe also in the evening, the flat is close to bus stop, tube station, grocery and walking distance to Westminster, BigBen, London eye. Daren's place is deluxe and I highly recommend it. The flat is both comfortable and in a great location. It is as nice as it looks in the pictures. The location was far better than I expected. I stayed with my husband and teenage son. It was a perfect flat and location for us. It was central to the main London sites but quiet and roomy. I recommend it highly and would stay there again if I'm forutnate enough to return to London!

A terrific flat with comfy beds and the wonderful sound of Big Ben chiming when we left the windows open at night. Bus 88 stops outside the door and connects to just about everything we could want. Two couples had a terrific time. Instructions for the washer/dryer would have helped.

Daren's apartment was perfect for us. It was a fantastic location within walking distance of most things and if not there were 2 tube stations close by and the 88 bus right outside. Daren was very friendly and a genuinly nice and helpful guy. The only thing that was a (minor) problem was no access to WiFi but Daren was in the process of attending to this and we were technically challeged with the washing machine which was a bit of a nuisance with 2 kids. Daren could not have been more hospitable. He purchased an airbed, at great expense, and a pay as you go phone. We arrived to find wine and vittles in the fridge. His place was very comfortable and convenient. The location couldn't have been better, a very short walk to Westminster Abbey and within earshot of Big Ben. Briefly met Daren, charming guy, welcomed us as though we were family. Hope to return someday.

We were very happy with the location. We would have liked to have had a hair dryer. We had a little problem with hot water issue, but Daren came over and helped solve the problem You could walk to soooo much from the apartment. Very safe area. Being able to stay at Daren's very comfortable 2br apartment was a tremendous enhancement to my family's one week holiday in London. Great, quiet place to stay for a few nights this December. It's a bit of a walk to the tube when it's cold and rainy, but the bus, literally across the street, takes you to a lot of different sites and stops. Daren sent helpful information before our stay, which we enjoyed very much.

Daren's place was a great fit for our party of four traveling to London this past November. The neighborhood is central and a short walk to several tube stations. Westminster is very quiet at night and is a lovely neighborhood to walk around, thought it is not necessarily the area to stay if you're looking for fun right outside your doorstep. There is an attending porter in the building at all times which made the key coordination a breeze.

We had a fantastic 1-week stay at Daren's place. Location is great and the unit is top-notch. Daren has also proven to be quite attentive. Thanks for that. Minor notes to potential guests -- bring a hair-dryer if you need one and be prepared to make arrangement for telephone yourself -- there is no physical phone in the apt (but you can use (website hidden), for example...).

We have just got back from a lovely three day stay in Daren’s wonderful flat. Everything was perfect! A spotless flat, the brilliant location (quiet, safe and yet central) and Daren is honest, warm and engaging - the perfect host. The three nights cost us much less than three nights in a hotel for a family of four would have done so it’s also great value. If you’re considering staying at Westminster Excellence then don’t think twice, just book it - you won’t regret the choice.

We had a great 4 days at Daren's Westminster Excellence - it does exactly what it says in it's title! Daren popped in to see us on arrival he's such a lovely chap. The apartment is great - two double beds and fabulous kitchen incorporating fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
