Very communicative and friendly. Igor booked the apartment for himself, but then had 3 friends visit him which he told be about last minute. I agreed to this and gave him a discount rate for the extra people which he left in cash on departure. A little bit more care could have been taken when leaving the apartment. I would have Igor to stay in my apartment again and recommend him for others.
