  Lulu and Ginger's accommodation was perfect. It was in a great location with very quick access to Manhattan as well. The apartment and our bedroom were lovely. The bed was so comfy! Lulu and Ginger were lovely to stay with and made us feel really welcome and relaxed. They gave us great tips on where to go and explore.   Ginger was a very welcoming and sweet hostess, and made us feel very comfortable at her place. The location was really good for getting into Manhattan, although you need to be prepared for a ten minute walk to ANY subway. There are not as many public transportation options in Brooklyn as in the city, but being 3 stops away from NYC was great.   Pro's: - Ginger is a great, nice host - The location is right in the perfect area, for cafes, bars, restaurants but not too loud, because it's in a side street - the beds a comfortable - the apartment is very, very (i mean very!) clean - the living room is cozy and big - you have everything you need in a kitchen (even 2 food processors, find this in nyc) - no complications at all - 10 Minutes to Subway could be a con, but in this case, you can choose between L, G and JMZ, so in fact...   The biggest room is really nice and confortable. The appartment is well placed and not far from 2 different metro lines. The kitchen is usefull. One thing that we didn't like : the bathroom is a little bit dilapidated and there is no washbasin so you have to brush your teeth is the kitchen sink! Exept that it was a great time there !

  Ginger was very welcoming throughout our visit. She made arrangements to pick up the key at a local grocery store which worked just fine. The apartment is very beautifully set up and really makes a good place to recover from the loud and fast NYC. The room size is perfectly ok for 2 people. The bathroom is clean, there is no sink in there but you can use the one in the kitchen which works fine. I can definitely recommend staying there because the area is perfect!   The apartment is located in a great and popular area. The house is a bit old but charming. Ginger furnished the apartment really lovely. She is a very polite host and well-organized with having guests. It's just a few minutes walk to the metro. There a couple of Delis in the surrounding.

  The apartment is cheerful and of decent size. Ginger is a friendly host who effectively managed our stay. Just be warned, though, the buildings bones are old, not everything works as it should and if you can't afford to be afraid of the occasional bug. Williamsburg is a great place from which to enjoy New York, and the apartment is located between two very useful subway lines. It's surrounded by excellent cafes and bars and fashionable people.

  nice comfy old nyc appt , ginger was a nice polite freindly host , who gave you your own space and privacy , location was good 5 mins walk to marcy av subway which is one stop from manhatten on the j train, the area looked a little unsafe at first but was fine , plenty of cheap eats near the subway station , plenty of people around even after midnight walking about so felt safe ect , note tho the appt is on the 5th floor so unsuitable for unfit or lazy people, the room was big enough , had...
