Nous étions 3 soeurs. Superbe appartement, bien situé au nord de Central Park, plusieurs lignes de métro qui desservent les endroits stratégiques de New York ! Appartement très grand et très confortable, résidence et quartier agréable... Très bon séjour !

my boyfriend and I love charlotte's appartment. It was very nice and exactly the good place to discover manhattan. She is very friendly and help you with map! the perfect place with the perfect person.

It was very good for us to stay in Charlotte's place. Its a nice neighborhood in Upper West Side. It's very close to the subway (ten min to dowtown, maximum...) and Central Park! Very clean, safe, comfortable, quiet. Charlotte is very nice and polite person! She helped us with maps, directions and informations. We would highly recommend this place. Thank You Charlotte and sorry about being late!

My best friend and I just came back from a week stay at Charlotte's and had a wonderful time! Her apartment was cozy and exactly the New York experience we wanted. It was only 2 blocks away from Central Park and the bus 7 & 11 drop you off right on the corner. Charlotte was very gracious and accomadating and extremely helpful with maps and information. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Charlotte. The property's location was comfortable and great in terms of its proximity to the various sites that we wanted to see. It was also a very safe neighbourhood. Very helpful host who provided us with maps, ice cream and anything else that we could find in the apartment. Would recommend this place.

Charlotte's bomb. We loved her. Oh, and her apartment....Which was super cozy and has a cow hide rug! Not for vegetarians. It was awesome. She was gracious and friendly and offered to get us into the Frick for free. Positive vibes.

My fiance and I just came back from four wonderful days in NYC and Charlotte's apartment was definitely one of the reasons our trip was so awesome! As mentioned by the other reviewer, the location (not far from Central Park) is awesome and Charlotte is a really terrific host - she made sure we had keys, a map, a guidebook, her cell number, towels, soap, etc. (She even gave us a box of earplugs in case the noise on Columbus Avenue disturbed us in the morning! *It didn't.) We (a couple) stayed at Charlotte's studio for one week and it was great. The house is located in a nice neighborhood, just a few blocks from Central Park, and has all the commodities we expected for a nice stay. Charlotte was there when we first arrived to give us the keys,took care of everything to make our stay comfortable, and she even made a small map with nearby useful places. We recommend it to everyone (couples, ideally) and have no doubts about staying there again when we return to NYC.
