  We had a great stay in Joshua's place! The location is amazing (in a great area of Brooklyn and just one subway stop from Manhattan) and the views of the city are spectacular. The apartment was very clean and had great sleeping accommodations for five people. Thanks Joshua!

  We spent one week (07-14 May 2011) in Joshua's wonderful place. Its located right on the corner of McCarren Park and let me tell you what an absolute joy it is to just open the balcony door hearing the hustle & bustle of the people in the park (you dont hear it with the door closed) and watching the Manhattan skyline....pure joy i'll tell ya : ) The apartment it spacious and for two people it works just great.   We stayed here over New Years in lieu of a pricey hotel in midtown. The location and views were fantastic. The neighborhood is filled with awesome places to eat and everything we needed was just a few blocks away. Also the parking was the most pleasant surprise of the trip. There were plenty of street spots right in front of the building. We went to 3 night show at MSG and the door to door travel time using the Bedford L was 30-35 mins exactly.
