There are many things in life I am passionate about. Music, yoga, health & wellness, personal evolution, healing, creativity, love, the mind-body-connection, nature, etc...I am a yoga teacher, a webmaster, a digital media tinkerer, electronic music production experimenter, record label owner, and all around curious soul. I love LOVE love the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico and anywhere sunny, tropical, and laid back, Central America, the Caribbean, South Beach. I also love the woods and the forest...Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont. I'd love to visit India, Thailand, Seychelles, Paris, Amsterdam....

I am friendly, sensitive, quiet, and love nothing more than to soak up the sun on the beach, being fully in the moment.
