Quiet guy who travels very infrequently, though I hope to do more travel in the near future. I am an avowed omnivore (often a sempervore), and I try to avoid chains/franchises when I travel.
The best way to really learn about a place is to interact with the people in it who aren't in the business of being professional greeters (in the hospitality industry). That is why AirBnB is appealing to me.
As for me being your house guest, be forewarned: I snore. I am not offended when earplugs are used, and those nose strip thingies help my decibel output a lot. But other than that, I try to be as unobtrusive as I can.
Unfortunately, I cannot offer space myself, as my apartment is very small and cluttered (also not near any public transport).
