  Fabulous first time in Santa Monica! Lucy was very a welcoming on our arrival. During our booking she was very prompt and easy to communicate with. The apartment was furnished with all your needs. My favorite was the shower! There’s nothing better than a good night’s sleep and a great shower the next morning. The apartment is in a great location of Santa Monica.   Lucy was an absolute pleasure and delight to stay with. Her condo is beautiful and the room that was provided was comfy and spacious. Lucy was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay with Lucy again and recommend that anyone traveling to Santa Monica consider staying with her.   This property was every bit as good as described, if not better. The location is perfect. The view of the Pacific is gorgeous. On-street parking was never a problem and I was able to find a spot on the same block each night. The condo is a very easy one block stroll to 3rd Street Promenade or to the beach.   Lucy and Joseph were extremely gracious and generous hosts. They made me feel very comfortable, providing me with a clean bedroom and bathroom, as well as an unbelievable view of the beach and the ocean. The location could not be better, as it was very close to the beach, the Third Street Promenade, and a variety of buses, if you can bring yourself to leave beautiful Santa Monica.   Lucy and Joseph were wonderful and such fun. As soon as we met them at a nearby hotel and they greeted us it felt like we had known each other for years. This booking was at very short notice and Lucy and Joseph were extremely diligent and helpful in organising our stay and had some great reccomendations as to where to go and what to see for the last few days of our USA trip.   This place was in a great location - walking distance to everywhere in santa monica and a short drive to malibu and the amazing PCH . Sitting on the balcony seeing the sea was v nice . The apartment itself was adequate for a few days stay - the location really makes it but it could have been a lot cleaner than it was - but as a base to explore the area its fine . There was an issue with parking but we got our head round it after a couple of days..

  Wowee! Lucy and Joseph were as welcoming as close friends. They immediately made us feel safe and comfortable so far from home (London). They were completely helpful and on call throughout our stay in their lovely apartment. I don’t think we could have asked for more.   Lucy and Joseph were just the nicest possible hosts with smiles and jokes upon arrival. They made sure to seek out fun possibilities for our entertainment while we vacationed in Santa Monica for a week; electric bike tours, Universal Studios tour.
