Alan and two of his friends recently stayed at my apartment for a few days - they came to see DC to see a play and the sights. They were great guests to have, were respectful of all of the apartments’ belongings and left the place tidy - I highly recommend Alan as a guest!

I have been Alan's friend for over 30 years. I have lived with him several times, and he now is my renter in a duplex I own in Oakland. He is a good friend, and a better renter- very responsible and takes care of his apartment. I would definitely recommend Alan for work or lodging. He is also a very good traveler and knows and respects other cutlures.
