  We stayed at Pat's home for 3 nights and the view was gorgeous! Her place is close to public transportation and shopping. Pat it so sweet and kind. She provided excellent recommendations on local restaurants too. We frequent San Francisco as often as possible and have always stayed in hotels, until now!. Pat has changed our opinion and we will definitely be staying with her again. Thank you Pat.

  Staying at Pat's place was a really nice experience. She has an amazing sense of hospitality and it's always feel at home staying at her place. She even picked us up from the Bart station when we arrived at San Francisco. She was extremely generous enough to show us Twin Peaks and Noe Valley when she wasn’t oblige to do so. She went out of her way as host to drive us around these two beautiful places.   We stayed with Patricia while we were attending the Outside Lands music festival. The place was amazing. On clear days you wake up looking at the whole city from above Noe Valley. She provided great information on how to get to her place as well as great eats in Noe Valley. Its easy to get from her place to the city using public transportation (she will tell you the best ways to go). I would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit and want to stay in a really cool area.

  I have stayed with Pat numerous times over the years and have always found her accomadations wonderful. One of the advantages os staying with Pat is you can always count on parking. That is not true at many places in San Francisco.

  Pat is a wonderful host. She kept me smiling even with a terrible cold. Both rooms are large with lots of storage. The front room has view which is such a treat to wake up to, it's hard to pull yourself away. The house is also easily accessible, with lots of public transport links to Downtown, the Bay and airport.

  Pats place was a really nice place to stay. The room was big and very clean. Pat is really friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. Sometimes she was kind of angry in the morning and I think she likes to have her glass of wine at night. But at least the place I would recommend to a friend, maybe not when he's in his wild twentys.   Staying with Patricia has been a great experience. Patricia is very nice, the bedroom is big and clean, with a great view on San Francisco, almost the same view than from Twin Peaks! It is very easy and free to park the car, and by car the house is only 5 minutes from BART. We highly recommend staying at Patricia, and we will stay again fore sure!

  Pat was Fabulous. Our first Air B&B experience could not have been more perfect! We drove from Seattle to San Fran and there was easy parking at Pat's house. It took less than 15 min. to "all tourist" locations. Pat's house was spectacular with stunning views of the city while quietly nestled in a cul-de-sac. Noe Valley - one of our favorite areas in town with lots of nice little cafes and shops - is walking distance! Patricia also had some great tips for delicious dinner-places.   This AirBnB was totally amazing! What a view from the bedroom panoramic window! With GPS we had no problem finding the quiet location and just parked our car and walked/bus/toured around from there. Pat is such a traveller, and many stories were shared. Plus plus for making our vacation so memorable.

Patricia's room has a truly gorgeous view of the city, so much that we didn't want to close the blinds at night, and the bed was very comfortable. She picked us up from the muni station (since we didn't know where we were going), fed us delicious breakfast both mornings, and genuinely took an interest in us as people. We wouldn't come back and stay anywhere else.
