El propietario Abb, fue muy amable, cumplidor, atento y con una muy buena atención.   Abb was an excellent host. He communicated very well with us before our arrival and was easy to contact during our stay. He was waiting to meet us on our arrival, even though he only had an approximate time for when we would arrive. His place was clean and comfortable, in a quiet position at the back of the building.   Abb's place was great, right in the middle of everything worth seeing and doing in Chelsea/Meatpacking/West Village. Out of the way from all the tourist hubs, but the subway 2mins away gives you access to all of Manhattan easily and quickly. Simple but cosy apartment with everything you needed. Was there for two weeks and by the end forgot I was on holidays.

  It was an amazing experience! My girlfriend and I staied in the apartment and we felt home from day one. Evereything we needed was there and Chelsea is really a safe place. The bed is wonderful and the kitchen is furnished! We met Abb's friend who gave us the keys and offered us a good coffee. Then I met Abb in the last days of my visit and he is such a nice person.   Who could ask for more? Abb's conveniently located apartment is merely steps a way from great restaurants, the Chelsea Market, and the Highline. For runner enthusiasts, you can catch the trail by Chelsea Piers and jog up and down the waterfront. It's AWESOME. Abb was so friendly and gracious. He provided lots of information to us on the area and was always a phone call away.   El departamento tiene una ubicación excelente. Está a media cuadra del subte (linea azúl y L), cerca de las galerias de arte, y a cuadras del glamoroso Meatpacking. Además, a metros de comercios de todo tipo. En cuanto al departamento, es más chico y menos romántico de lo que parece en las fotos pero está bien para aquellos que van a recorrer la ciudad y a pasar poco tiempo en la casa.

  Abb is a great host, he was here to welcome us, he gave us a tour in the neighborhood and indicated places to eat and visit. It was our first time in New york and Abb was here if we need him. He's a generous, honest and nice person! The place is very well located, comfortable, clean, we enjoyed our stay in this apartment!

  WOW!!! We really had a great time! Abb was Fab he is a great host and really attentive. He took us around the first day and should us all the great places nearby, places to eat, see and even helped us with how to get around on the Metro. He got us a map which was very helpful.   Abb's a very nice guy, and his apartment is wonderful. Not big, but cozy and right in the middle of one of the best neighborhoods in NYC. It has a private porch, too. The place was clean, and he set me up with water, snacks, a guide to the neighborhood, and an invitation to call anytime for tips on good places to go. Great experience.
