Hi there! My name is Rhea and I live in the Hollywood area. I am a busy mom of 2 boys and have my own business associated with the film industry. It's been so much fun to have met people from all over the world who have stayed in our Cottage. It's a wonderful feeling to be appreciated by guests who acknowledge our efforts to offer the best service during their stay. All the checking in arrangements went perfectly. Rhea and Stuart were very helpful and made sure we had everything. The cottage is very well appointed. Good shower, bathroom. Lots of additional items that showed how thoughtful are hosts were. = DVDs, books, etc. Very quiet location. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We had a nice time in Rhea's cute cottage. Our kids especially loved the very nice backyard tire swing and slide right outside our door and how well stocked the cottage was with kid friendly movies and dvds. This is a good place to stay if you have a car and want to visit places around Hollywood and downtown LA.

My two girl friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Rhea's guest cottage. As a host Rhea was very warm, friendly and offered help where she could with directions, public transport (we didn't hire a car) and information about places we were going. The cottage itself was lovely and completely self contained with everything we needed. Adorable cottage and wonderful hosts. Our stay at Rhea's Hollywood guest cottage and first Airbnb experience was near perfect. I would definitely recommend the cottage for a couple or small family with a young child--our 4.5 year old loved the play structures in the yard and tire swing. I also appreciated the charming garden and Craftsman details of the cottage and homes in the historic neighborhood, and the hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

Rhea's cottage was as nice as it appeared in the photos. Rhea and Stu were as nice as anyone could hope too. This was our first experience with Airbnb but probably not our last! Thanks Rhea for giving us a good start!

I had the joy of hosting Rhea and Stuart Neumann, along with their 2 boys, for 3 nights. They may have arrived as strangers but by the time they left we felt like old friends. They were really considerate of us and our home. The boys, Max and Josiah, are truly delightful and don't run around out of control. Stu and Rhea treated us to a bar-b-q and I will treasure the memory of us laughing on the porch late into the night.

Warm-hearted and generous, Rhea has been a close friend of mine for some time now. She and I both have a son of nearly the exact age so we met at our sons' preschool. Rhea was the first person at the preschool with whom I had an immediate connection. She just has this very nurturing and loving nature about her. I spent 6 nights in the the Neumann cottage and It was a perfect home away from home. I had all the comforts and conveniences. The kitchen and bath are spotless and updated the whole cottage is like new. The back yard is a beautiful and fragrant bonus. Most of all the host (Rhea and family) are a joy. I would go back in a Los Angeles minute.
